“Pickup didn’t arrive til an hour and 15 minutes after stated time. We rang 5 times to try and get an update and kept getting told the driver was on their way when they clearly weren’t.”

“Pick up was late (40mins) for balloon ride- but balloon was great. Pick up for day activity was late again ( waited 45mins - so 15 mins late) . Guides didn’t speak English so weren’t sure what we were doing when - had a good day though with activities .Lunch was a bit disappointing & venue was dirty - our guide dropped off at the last activity & left us with the driver.”
